TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/14/12 -- Crescent Resources Limited (TSX:RCB)(FRANKFURT:7RC) ("RCR"), a base metals focused mineral exploration and mine development company with operations in Turkey, today announced that it will be delayed in the filing of its third quarter interim financial statements and related management discussion and analysis (MD&A) for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2012, beyond the filing deadline of November 14, 2012. This is due to staff turnover in the finance group of the Turkish subsidiary, as a result of which, financial statements for those entities have not yet been completed. Additional resources have been provided and the Company expects to receive these and then complete its consolidated third quarter interim financial statements and MD&A and file these on or before November 30th and intends to satisfy the alternative information guidelines of National Policy 12-203.
