MusicBox Signs Multi-Year Production Music Deal with Corus Entertainment

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/15/12 -- MusicBox (a division of ole) has entered into a multi-year, blanket license deal that will supply its music libraries to Corus Entertainment for use across Corus Television and Radio properties.

Under the deal, MusicBox will open its growing 40,000-track library of owned-tracks, including MusicBox, PromoBox, Auracle and Attitude, to Corus. MusicBox will also provide music supervisory support and upgraded search and fulfillment technology in the form of MusicBox's recently-launched client website (olemusicbox.com).

The state-of-the-art client website (olemusicbox.com) boasts leading edge, high speed, intuitive music search, service, fulfillment and e-commerce capabilities. It also features multi-user online project management systems with batch downloading and license management. Clients enjoy the flexibility of an environment that offers universal platform (PC, Mac, mobile) touch-screen capability, drag and drop playlists and projects and cue sheets, where all track information follows without additional client effort. As well, all audio formats are available with format conversion on-the-fly.
