OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/23/12 -- Please be advised that the Honourable John Duncan, Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development, along with the Honourable Andrew Scheer, Speaker of the House of Commons, will participate in a dedication ceremony for the stained-glass window commemorating the legacy of former Indian Residential School students and their families. Minister Duncan and the Speaker will be joined by the artist Christi Belcourt, elders, former Indian Residential Schools students and other distinguished guests.
