TORONTO, Nov. 23, 2012 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that the hearing is adjourned to a confidential pre-hearing conference to take place on March 4, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., or on such other date as agreed to by the parties and advised by the Office of the Secretary.

The pre-hearing conference will be in camera.
