Frost & Sullivan Affirms Verint as Leader in Asia Pacific Market

Based on its recent analysis of the Asia Pacific contact center market, Frost & Sullivan recognized Verint with the 2012 Best Practices Award for “Asia Pacific Market Share Leadership Award” for call monitoring systems. The company also was named the 2012 “Call Monitoring Vendor of the Year” in the firm’s latest Australian contact center market report.
