Meta Financial Group, Inc.® Declares Cash Dividend

SIOUX FALLS, S.D., Dec. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Meta Financial Group, Inc. ® (the "Company") (NASDAQ: CASH) announced that the Company will pay a cash dividend of $0.13 per share for the first fiscal quarter of 2013.  This dividend will be payable on or about January 1, 2013 to shareholders of record as of December 17, 2012. 

At June 30, 2012, the Company had total assets of $1.5 billion and shareholders' equity of $105.7 million.
