AllianceBernstein Announces November 30, 2012 Assets Under Management

NEW YORK, Dec. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- AllianceBernstein L.P. and AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. (NYSE: AB) today announced that preliminary assets under management increased to $426 billion from $419 billion during November 2012. The 1.7% increase was driven by net inflows to Institutions and Retail and positive investment returns, partially offset by Private Client net outflows.
