TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/13/12 --

NEMI has declared a dividend on its Class A Common Shares (the "Common Shares") of Cdn $0.05 per Common Share payable December 31, 2012 to shareholders of record at the start of business on December 18, 2012.

The Company herby notifies its shareholders that it will designate the full amount of such dividend as an "eligible dividend" for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).

NNE will begin trading ex-dividend on Friday, December 14, 2012.
