Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO) will host a conference call to discuss the company's financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2012.

WHEN: Monday, January 28 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific/5:00 p.m. Eastern
