TORONTO, Jan. 16, 2013 /CNW/ - On January 16, 2013, the Commission issued a Notice of Hearing pursuant to Section 8(4) of the Securities Act to consider a request for a stay of the Director's Decision dated January 11, 2013 pending the hearing and review of the Director's Decision. The hearing will be held at the temporary offices of the Commission at ASAP Reporting Services Inc., Bay Adelaide Centre, 333 Bay Street, Suite 900, Toronto, Ontario commencing on Friday, January 18, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the Hearing can be held.
