OAK BROOK, IL, Jan. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Primary Energy Recycling Corporation (TSX: PRI) (Primary Energy or the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on the common shares of the Company (the "Shares") in the amount of US$0.05 per Share. The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2013 to holders of record at the close of business of February 15, 2013.
