The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Lilydale Inc. are warning people with allergies to mustard not to consume the seasoned peppered smoked turkey breast described below. The affected products contain mustard which is not declared on the label.
All lots of the following products, sold on request from retail deli counters, are affected by this alert:

These products have been distributed in Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario.
Consumers, who are allergic to mustard and are unable to identify the brand of seasoned peppered smoked turkey breast purchased, are advised to check with the place of purchase to determine if they have recalled product.
There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products.
Consumption of these products may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies to mustard.
The manufacturer, Lilydale Inc (Est. 237), Edmonton, AB is voluntarily recalling the affected products from the marketplace. The CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of the recall.
