TORONTO, Jan. 21, 2013 /CNW/ - Take notice that a hearing will be held on January 22, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. to consider whether it is in the public interest to approve the settlement agreement entered into between Staff of the Commission and Antonio Carlos Neto David Oliveira.
