In order to promote a healthy start to 2013 AXA PPP healthcare will provide live, expert support in a series of online health and wellbeing discussions.
Lifestyle changes – especially those associated with unrealistic New Year’s resolutions – can often be hard to maintain, so AXA PPP healthcare’s experts will be available to answer questions on manageable changes for a smart start to the New Year on issues including fitness, nutrition and heart health.
Live health clinics will be held on the following topics:
- Fitness and nutrition on Thursday 24 January 1-3PM
- Heart health on Wednesday 30 January 1-3PM
AXA PPP healthcare physiologist David Williams will be online to offer advice and discuss achieving your health and fitness goals on Thursday 24 January, while Sarah Evans, a Dedicated Nurse at AXA PPP healthcare, will answer questions on preventing, treating and supporting a loved one with heart disease in the heart health clinic on Wednesday 30 January.
In addition, AXA PPP healthcare’s Health at Hand nurses will be available to answer questions on wellbeing during pregnancy and children’s health on Thursday 31 January, 1-3PM.
