Jonathan will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Japanese business across all 13 sectors which Hays specialises in.

His hands-on experience has spanned a variety of specialist areas including IT&T, accounting and finance, sales and marketing, resources and mining and banking, just to name a few.
Jonathan has also received accolades for his excellent work. In 2006, his contributions were acknowledged with a National Leadership Award from the Australian Davos Connection. The award recognises outstanding new generation leaders for their achievements and vision.
A graduate of one of Australia's premier universities, Jonathan has a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University supported by various leadership development programs.
