Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc. Announces Termination of Memorandum of Understanding

EAU CLAIRE, WI -- (Marketwire) -- 02/01/13 -- Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: CZWI), the parent company of Citizens Community Federal (the "Bank"), today announced the termination of the Memorandum of Understanding dated December 23, 2009 by and between Citizens Community Federal and the Comptroller of the Currency. The termination was effective January 28, 2013.

Citizens Community Federal, a wholly owned subsidiary of Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc., is a full-service bank based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, serving more than 50,000 customers in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Michigan through 25 branch locations, including 17 locations in Walmart Supercenters.
