TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/19/13 -- INCOME FINANCIAL TRUST ("INCOME FINANCIAL") declares its variable monthly distribution of $0.06446 per unit, or 8.5% annually based on the January 31, 2013 net asset value of $9.10. The distribution is payable March 8, 2013 to shareholders on record as of February 28, 2013.
Income Financial unitholders have received a total of $25.34 per unit in distributions since inception, inclusive of this distribution.
