OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 03/05/13 -- The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is warning people with allergies to almond not to consume the Food For Life Ezekiel 4:9 Cereals described below. The affected products contain almond which is not declared on the label.

The following Food For Life Ezekiel 4:9 Cereals, sold in 454 g packages, product of USA, are affected by this alert.

There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products.

Consumption of these products may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies to almond.

Ed Core Marketing Ltd., Surrey, BC and Integra Brand Management, Laval, QC are voluntarily recalling the affected products from the marketplace. The CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of the recall.
