JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Aug. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Website Pros, Inc.. announced today that Friedman, Billings, Ramsay & Co., Inc., the sole book runner and lead manager for its previously announced public offering of 3,539,126 shares of its common stock, has exercised its option to purchase additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments. 219,866 shares will be sold in this over-allotment offering, all of which will be offered by selling stockholders. Website Pros expects the closing of the offering to occur on or about August 7, 2006.
