OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 03/06/13 -- The Honourable Christian Paradis, Minister of Industry, will make an important announcement regarding Canada's wireless telecommunications sector. A lock-up will be provided for those interested. A short statement and a question and answer period with the Minister will follow. Please note electrical outlets are limited and there will be no access to Wi-Fi in the lock-up area.

Media lock-up details:
Once the media lock-up has begun, no one will be allowed to leave the room or contact his or her office until the lock-up has ended. Journalists will be required to sign an undertaking to respect the release arrangements. Please note: wireless connection will not be available.
Wireless communication devices such as cellular phones, iPhones, BlackBerrys, personal digital assistants or any other removable wireless communication devices (including modems, air cards and wireless microphones) will not be allowed in the lock-up area.
