HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 03/14/13 -- The Intergraph CADWorx & Analysis University (CAU) Express event in Mexico City held March 7, 2013 drew 50 people representing 15 companies involved in plant design and engineering analysis who attended educational tracks on Intergraph CADWorx, CAESAR II and PV Elite. CADWorx topics covered leveraging the benefits of intelligent P&IDs; producing accurate models of existing plants with CADWorx fieldPipe; and building piping specifications for improved and faster modeling. CAESAR II sessions included qualitative dynamic analysis and the impact of recent ASME B31.3 code updates. PV Elite participants learned about the software's latest capabilities, code comparisons for designing vessels and heat exchangers, and the principles of effective flange design.

CAU2013 Express is a series of one-day plant-focused learning experiences designed to help designers, engineers, and other stakeholders improve their knowledge and skills and enhance their organizations' productivity.
