TPG and Cocoon Data Holdings Limited Announce Technical Partnership

Cocoon Data Holdings Limited® (CDHL) today announced that TPG (ASX:TPM), one of the largest telecommunications companies in Australia has reached an agreement that includes investment in CDHL and a technical partnership with CDHL and its subsidiaries, Covata Australia and Covata USA.

CDHL is a pioneer in the field of self-defending data and has combined advanced techniques of digital rights management with proven cryptographic technologies to create the new standard in data level protection--Secure Objects. The partnership between TPG and CDHL will enable TPG to offer unique, industry-leading solutions for thousands of TPG customers who wish to ensure privacy through the controls and protection available through the integration of Secure Objects into customer services. TPG customers will have the extra assurance that their personal data is secure, whether on the move, in the cloud, or in use.
