SANTIAGO, Chile, March 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ENERSIS S.A. (NYSE: ENI) announces that its 2012 Annual Report on Form 20-F has been filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on March 21st, 2013.
Enersis is an electric utility company engaged, through our subsidiaries and affiliates, in the generation and distribution of electricity in Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Peru, and in the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity in Brazil.
Enersis has over 14.0 million customers on a consolidated basis, and through its subsidiaries Endesa Chile and Endesa Brasil, it has 15,171 MW of installed capacity with 198 power units in the five countries where it operates. Enersis' consolidated assets and operating revenues were Ch$ 13,318 billion and Ch$ 6,578 billion respectively, in 2012.
