DALLAS, April 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC ("Oncor") has scheduled a conference call on Tuesday, May 7, 2013, at 9 a.m. Central time to discuss its first quarter 2013 operational and financial results. Oncor plans to release its first quarter 2013 operational and financial results in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q which will be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission prior to the Investor call.
