Mr. Rodio will be responsible for leading SupportSoft's worldwide marketing initiatives and will report directly to Josh Pickus, president and CEO of SupportSoft.
Rodio previously served as vice president of marketing at StubHub.com, a fast-growing consumer online marketplace for event tickets. He has also held senior positions at Microsoft, where he was responsible for MSN consumer marketing, and at Amazon.com, where he was general manager for the company's zShops and Computer Store, following seven years of brand management experience at Procter & Gamble.
