Company Expects Significant Sales Increase

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, September 7, 2006 - Maple Seal Homes Ltd. "MSH" the wholly owned Canadian subsidiary of Maisonette International Enterprises Ltd. "the Company" (PINKSHEETS: MAEN) http://www.maisonetteworld.com is pleased to announce that to commemorate its five year of business since its creation on September 6 2001, it will start to market its prefabricated panelized homes in France as soon as 2007. MSH is already planning to attend a wood home trade show in October, as wood framed homes represent 5% of the housing market in France.

In addition, MSH is pleased to announce that it has opened a new office in Victoria, BC Canada and will start operations in its new headquarters as soon as October 2006. MSH is also working on finalizing its website design and should have a beta version of its new website by the middle of October 2006. The website www.maplesealhomes.com will feature several model homes and will have a special section for projects already under construction in the United Kingdom.
