percent) dividend of the Company's Common Stock to its stockholders
payable to stockholders of "Record" as at Monday August 28, 2006.
The Stock Dividend Pay Date to eligible stockholders will be today,
Friday September 8, 2006.
This Stock Dividend will be electronically credited to stockholders'
