DELRAY BEACH, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 07/16/13 -- Multifamily developer Wood Partners has announced the grand opening of Midtown Delray, a neighborhood of 116 three-story rental townhomes ideally positioned for access to cultural, dining, employment, shopping and recreational opportunities.
Construction of the new 17-building community at 4200 Old Germantown Road, along the south side of Linton Boulevard and just east of Military Trail, began in July 2012.
