(MCE)--To promote breast cancer awareness, MCE has partnered with Santa Clara University KSCU radio station 103.3 FM to help bring awareness and education on preventative breast cancer measures to the Silicon Valley community.
"Silicon Valley, a leading center for high-tech innovation and development, is home to many marginalized communities who are at times not informed about different ways to diagnose the early stages of breast cancer. Early detection increases the chance for successful treatment," MCE Marketing Associate Laleh Mohseni explains. "We are concerned with the health of our community and want to make sure our message is spread across various media channels."
During the month of August, an MCE sponsored breast cancer awareness public announcement will remind you to schedule an appointment with the clinic or hospital nearest you for a breast examination or a complete screening mammogram. This message will run through the cities of San Jose to Palo Alto, with the help of Santa Clara University radio station KSCU 103.3 FM reaching every community in between.
