Cvent, Inc., a leading cloud-based enterprise event management platform, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,600,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $21.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on August 9, 2013 under the ticker “CVT.” All of the common stock is being offered by Cvent. In addition, Cvent has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 840,000 additional shares of common stock from Cvent at the initial public offering price.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Goldman, Sachs & Co. will act as joint book-running managers for the offering. Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Pacific Crest Securities LLC, and Needham & Company, LLC will act as co-managers.
