PostGres Open, September 16-18, 2013, Chicago
Keith Fiske, database administrator at OmniTI will be making a presentation at PostGres Open called, “When PostgreSQL Can't, You Can.” Keith’s talk will focus on how to fill the PostgreSQL gaps that are still missing when using it in large production environments. He will also make a presentation on “Scaling Postgres.” In this talk, Keith will review strategies for achieving various scalability goals for applications and databases, and offer guidance on how to decide which methods are best for specific businesses.
