LANGLEY, BC, Aug. 19, 2013 /CNW/ - On Thursday August 22nd, 2:00-3:00pm the Greater Vancouver Zoo will make their digital mark with the launch of a new website and e-learning experience. In partnership with Jelly Marketing the zoo is inviting press and VIPs (and their kids!) to a wine and cheese reception to celebrate Zoo 3.0, including a behind-the-scenes tour and a chance to meet the zookeepers and hear about their plans for the zoo.
The new website, created by Gastown & Abbotsford-based Jelly Marketing, features Zoo 3.0: an all-access e-learning portal with rare footage and facts from the Zoo's featured animals: Macaw, Grizzly Bear, Hippopotamus, Siberian Tiger, and more.
"We're excited to provide an additional educational element to our Zoo and ensure we engage with our guests young and old," says the Zoo's Jody Henderson.
