Universal Travel Group Establishes New Revenue Stream with Telephone Call Center

SHENZHEN, China and LOS ANGELES, Sept. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Universal Travel Group (BULLETIN BOARD: UTVG) , which through its wholly owned subsidiary Yu Zhi Lu Aviation Service Company Ltd. ("YZL") operates as a China-based aviation services company, announced today that it has commenced operations at its new World Journey Call Center located in Shenzhen, China.

The new facility has a staffing capacity of more than one hundred operators, and will serve as a 24-hour telephone-based customer service channel for delivering the Company's core services of airplane ticket, hotel, and restaurant bookings. The call center will also function as a platform for the rollout of a host of new travel logistical services. This new level of service includes travel logistics such as car rental, livery services, itinerary planning, and comprehensive logistics management services for conferences. Management believes that both the center and the expanded service offerings have the potential to increase revenues in the near- and long term.
