Here at DocuSign we are committed to creating a world-class customer experience from end to end. To support that goal, I’m excited to announce that DocuSign has launched a redesigned support section of our website!
You’ve asked and we’ve listened.
So, what does this mean to you?
Improved search capabilities - Now, when you search, you’ll be offered a combination of DocuSign support documents, videos, and help topics on the subject you queried.
An enhanced user experience – This will showcase top questions and posts from the DocuSign Community for a quick review.
Greater content – We’ve taken our richest support material from user guides and distilled them into indexed, searchable, instructions that are focused toward solving your most common and pressing DocuSign questions.
And this is all just the beginning!
Over the next few months we will be re-engineer the customer experience by empowering DocuSign customers to be a part of the customer support process through a socialized support community and by creating a customer service portal personalized to you.
