NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 09/16/13 -- Panache Beverages, Inc. (OTCQB: WDKA), an alcoholic beverage company specializing in the development, global sales and marketing of spirits brands is announcing two town hall meetings for its shareholders.
The meetings are scheduled for October 2nd at 4pm in New York (Panache Offices -- 150 5th Avenue, Rooftop) and October 16th at 4pm in Miami Beach (Fontainebleau Hotel's Scarpetta, 4441 Collins Avenue). The non-regulatory meetings are being called to engage shareholders in light of the significant growth and expansion of the Panache business.

Panache will have four executives hosting each town hall meeting: James Dale (CEO), Charlie Cassel (Chairman of the Board), Michael Romer (Managing Director) and Brian Gordon (CEO, Engine Shop -- Panache marketing agency of record). A wide array of topics will be covered including financials, corporate compliance, acquisitions, marketing alliances/strategies, partnerships, expansion, and the general state of corporate affairs.
