SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Bloodhound, the best way to collect, manage and follow up with leads from any smartphone, today announced the launch of Custom Qualification Questions to increase speed and efficiency when collecting leads.
At events, conferences and trade shows, companies collect hundreds or even thousands of leads. But the list of names and contact information is simply a digital rolodex if those leads aren't qualified.
With the launch of Custom Qualification Questions, qualifying leads is seamlessly integrated into the mobile application that companies are already using on Android and the iPhone. The company can customize the single or multiple choice style questions for guaranteed insight on their new contacts.
"Collecting a lead is only half of the battle," said Anthony Krumeich, CEO of Bloodhound. "At events and trade shows, companies meet with countless individuals. It is now possible to qualify those leads on the spot and make sure the information gets to the right person within the organization instantly, all while saving time. The process takes just seconds while traditional badge scanners can take up to eight minutes to go through a similar process."
According to the Center for Exhibition Research (CEIR), 82 percent of event attendees have buying authority but only 39 percent make the final decision — making it important that the right person at the organization gets the new lead. Bloodhound has been used at more than 3,000 events, and the latest feature will make it even easier for companies to customize the lead retrieval process, resulting in more closed deals.
Custom Qualification Questions allows companies to create up to five single or multiple choice questions they would like to to record about new leads. The questions are integrated into the app for use at events; it is then easy to export the questions and answers.
