"the Company" (PINKSHEETS: MAEN) http://www.maisonetteworld.com is pleased to announce that it has been receiving several more inquiries for its panelized prefabricated homes to be shipped in the United Kingdom. The Managing director of MSH, alain Ghiai is flying to Europe next week for a sales oriented trip to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and France in order to meet potential clients who expressed serious interests in ordering Maple Seal Homes before the year end 2006.

MSH is expected to receive orders for at least another four homes before the year end and potentially more orders from the United Kingdom. MSH's representative in France has already arranged meetings with certain real estate developers to assess the cost basis of importing Canadian quality timber homes to France for affordable housing projects. France is launching a large project for affordable housing promotion and Maple Seal Homes is in contact with certain regional French agencies in order to enter this market. At the same time, MSH's French representative is also contacting small and medium sized builders for potential orders for the year 2007.

MSH is also working on finalizing its website design and should have a beta version of its new website by the middle of October 2006. The website www.maplesealhomes.com will feature several model homes and will have a special section for projects already under construction in the United Kingdom.
