The promotional acceptance, educational effectiveness and research capabilities will be used to evaluate the market potential of this digital medium to help launch the Colorado Lottery's newest online game, MatchPlay, in February 2007. The scope of the project is defined in two phases. The first phase is a limited market test involving designated independent retailers; the second phase is defined as a statewide rollout of the card.
