Deltek will gives its customers access to Florida-based civic technology firm SmartProcure’s database of government purchases for viewing market trends.
Users of Deltek GovWin IQ can view state and local government orders using SmartProcure’s database and work to gain insights into the market, Deltek said Thursday.
Jeff Rubenstein, founder and CEO of SmartProcure, said the company intends for the partnership to help Deltek GovWin IQ subscribers identify opportunities and the government agencies’ purchasing habits.
Deltek customers can also expand their tools with business intelligence application from SmartProcure’s government orders database.
Tim Brett, Deltek researcher, said the companies aim to help clients understand purchasing behavior of state and local governments.
