Code42 to Present at JAMF Nation User Conference 2013

Code42, developers of award-winning, endpoint data protection and management solutions for consumers, businesses and the enterprise, today announced Principal Architect Andrew Renz is presenting at the JAMF Nation User Conference 2013, held Oct. 15-17 in Minneapolis.

During his presentation—“Cultivating a Self-Service Culture” on Oct. 16 at 3:30 p.m. CT—Renz will discuss why self service is less about employees having their “own app store” and more about empowering employees to embrace a more proactive role in their IT usage. This session will provide immediately useful tips on how to encourage adoption of new tools and will also demonstrate the Code42/JAMF Software Casper Suite integration. Attendees also will learn how CrashPlan enterprise endpoint backup enables employees to restore data and access files on their own, increasing their efficiency and dramatically reducing their reliance on IT.

Renz is instrumental in architecting and deploying endpoint data management and protection solutions for Code42’s Fortune 500 customers. Prior to Code42, Renz spent six years at Apple IS&T where he architected global NetBoot/NetInstall deployments, software distribution solutions and desktop backup solutions.

In addition to Renz’s presentation, Code42 is demonstrating its CrashPlan and new SharePlan enterprise file sync and share solutions in the top-tier sponsor area of the event.

The JAMF Nation User Conference is the primary annual gathering for the JAMF Software user community. In its fourth year, the conference is significantly increasing in size and offering more introductory, advanced and development session tracks throughout its three days.
