Kevin Costa and Philippe Vandeginste, business performance improvement experts from MEGA, will lead roundtable discussions at the Enterprise Architecture Conference, October 29-30 in Washington, DC.
More than 400 CIOs, CTOs, project managers and enterprise architects with government agencies or Fortune 500 companies are expected at the event to hear about the latest developments in using enterprise architecture (EA) to foster business transformation.
Costa will focus on ways that EA helps produce successful business outcomes and meet today’s complex challenges.
“EA provides significant value to organizations because it helps them deliver measurable improvements in business performance,” noted Costa.
Vandeginste will discuss how EA enables change management and operational excellence and how it can be extended outside of IT to other departments.
“One of the most important things that EA programs can do is help manage governance, risk and compliance, by reducing the time and overhead to assess and manage risks and compliance issues,” explained Vandeginste.
Many organizations still struggle with getting up-to-date information faster to facilitate business decisions. Companies that have achieved success in business transformation have initiated process optimization programs as a solid foundation to ensure data accuracy and create a powerful communication platform.
