OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/18/13 -- On Monday October 21st, Gary Corbett, President of the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC) will reveal the results of a major survey hosted by Environics Research to gauge the scale and impact of "muzzling" and political interference among federal scientists.
Between June 5 and 19, 2013, 15,398 federal scientists represented by PIPSC received an invitation to take part in an online survey on science and the federal public service. More than 4,000 participated.
