AMCAD, a leading provider of software solutions to the broader government system including courts, jails, prosecutors, probation, county clerks, recorders offices, and other government offices, announced today that it completed the roll out of its AMCAD integrated Land Information System (AiLIS) Support Initiative, which is a nationwide and comprehensive upgrade of the Company’s land records management system for all of its clients using AiLIS. With the completed upgrade of the AiLIS system in the Wake County, North Carolina Register of Deeds Office, AMCAD has successfully upgraded every one of its AiLIS clients across 10 different states including Virginia, Texas, Oklahoma, Nevada, and California.
AMCAD recently initiated a comprehensive support and maintenance program aimed at setting a new standard in the government software industry. This program ensured that all clients are able to extract maximum value from AMCAD’s AiLIS software. Under this program, AMCAD upgraded all AiLIS clients to the most recent version of the AiLIS software and provided the necessary product updates. It also led to the introduction of a redefined and more comprehensive Help Desk, which allows AMCAD’s staff to effortlessly post release notes, update documentation, initiate an online chat with a client, and communicate news and events to clients. Because of the AiLIS Support Initiative, AMCAD has been and will continue to be able to give its AiLIS clients access to the latest technologies and practices in software deployment, product management and release management.
