TUC®, Canada’s largest managed services provider (MSP), announced today it has acquired the assets of Millennium Care Inc., a Canadian-based global IT service desk organization. This acquisition adds TUC operations in Toronto and a 24x7 Service Center in Summerside, PEI, supporting over 30,000 end users in mid-enterprises ranging from 100 to 10,000 users and brings TUC’s total team to over 150 employees.
The new addition to TUC’s diverse and comprehensive service offerings will deliver 24x7 multilingual support across North America. Millennium Care’s Service Desk will be integrated with TUC Live Agent—www.tuclive.com—resulting in the ultimate in responsiveness and personalized service.
The new assets brings with it the highly sought after status of Preferred Vendor of a Tier 1 Global Outsourcing Vendor under the Master Services Agreement. The status adds yet another layer in certified expertise in TUC’s extensive stable of partnerships—including being authorized partners of industry giants such as HP, Apple, Dell, Cisco and VMware.
