Perot Systems Selected by MAG Industrial Automation Systems for 10-Year Global IT Outsourcing Deal
$110 Million Contract to Consolidate MAG-IAS's Infrastructure and Systems Across Its Global Operations

PLANO, Texas, Oct. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Perot Systems Corporation today announced that MAG Industrial Automation Systems, a leading global machine tool and systems provider serving the durable goods industry and headquartered in Sterling Heights, MI, has selected it to provide infrastructure, consulting and applications services as part of a 10-year, $110 million information technology outsourcing contract.

Perot Systems will provide communications, network, help desk, deskside support, and applications maintenance and development services across MAG- IAS's more than 30 locations in North America, Europe, South America, and Asia. Under terms of the agreement, Perot Systems will streamline and integrate best-practice business processes across MAG-IAS's global organization.

Benjamin, executive vice president with MAG-IAS.
