Hayneedle's Mobile Shopping Experience Earns Top Marks Among Online Retailers

Home Furnishings Retailer Hayneedle Ranks Second in LightningBuy Survey of Top 100 Online Retailers

OMAHA, Neb., Dec. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Hayneedle, a leading online retailer offering nearly two million products for the home, bested many of the top names in retailing in a recent study of the top 100 online retailers conducted by LightningBuy, a Bridgeport, Conn.-based company that specializes in mobile-based commerce.

The mobile version of Hayneedle's flagship website, hayneedle.com, ranked second only to Abercrombie & Fitch in LightningBuy's 2013 Mobile Commerce Conversion IndexTM  (MCCI), which rates mobile sites based on ease of use and the site's ability to convert smartphone traffic into sales. Hayneedle.com earned high marks for enabling shoppers to purchase products in six screens and just three clicks.
