Inhance Technology’s CEO, Paul Prendergast said that the company’s growth is being driven by its unique end-to-end mobile protection solution which enables its wireless business customers boost profitability and reduce costs.
“This is achieved through our three pillar approach which is unique to the market. This combines next generation security technology, retail business implementation support including staff training and full back office support tools. This has helped us grow our clients’ insurance and warranty program attach rates by more than 30% and reduce insurance sales churn by up to 40%.
“Warranty sales are an increasingly important part of a wireless retailer’s income. Two out of three of customers say that insurance and warranty programs become immediately more attractive to buy when our enhanced features are included.
”Wireless retailers are facing huge margin pressure. We are the only provider that can offer wireless retailers a complete go to market package and can implement this as a white label service which boosts customer retention.”
He added, “Customer dependence on wireless devices, including smartphones and tablets, is soaring. Today’s consumers want to protect not only their expensive devices but the data in them. This opens up important new revenue stream opportunities for wireless retailers. Inhance Technology is in a unique position to help them access that.”
