Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. (OTC: ESESD) (“EcoStim” or the “Company”) announced today that it has consummated the reverse merger, approved by its shareholders on November 21, 2013, with FracRock International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“FRI”), in which FRI became a wholly owned subsidiary of EcoStim. Effective December 11, 2013, EcoStim will trade under the symbol “ESESD” on the OTC exchange until on or about January 10, 2014, when it will revert to the symbol “ESES.”
