Kent Exploration Inc. Announces Name Change to Bayhorse Silver Inc

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/13/13 -- Kent Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE: KEX) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company's name has been changed to Bayhorse Silver Inc., effective December 13, 2013.

Bayhorse Silver Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol of BHS at the open of trading on December 16, 2013. The Company's new corporate website is www.bayhorsesilver.com.

Kent Exploration Inc. is a junior exploration company with a 100% interest in its three New Zealand high grade gold prospects (Alexander River, Paparoa and Lyell), in the highly prolific West Coast South Island gold fields of New Zealand, and has entered into an Option and Joint Venture Agreement to earn an 80% Leasehold interest in the historic Bayshore Silver Mine in Oregon.
