Seismic Survey Reveals How Tablets Will Impact Salesforce.com Use in 2014

The survey, conducted during Dreamforce 2013, found new insights into how, why and when sales teams use Salesforce on their tablets -- and what they expect for the future. Key findings include:

  • More than 70% of Salesforce users spend 1-5 hrs per day on their tablet
  • Tablets have become the primary computer for almost 1 in 4 people
  • Only 1 in 3 respondents use their tablet for CRM
  • 70% of respondents believe that mobile technology, such as business apps, will dramatically improve their lives in 2014
